Huge Success for the Emiliano Bengasi Fashion Show

Over 300 guests and more than 100 engaged couples attended the event showcasing the new 2027 collections.

Porto San Giorgio, October 11, 2026 – An evening defined by elegance, spectacle, and emotion transformed the Reggia Bonaparte in Porto San Giorgio into the stage for Brides Wear Bengasi. This fashion show by designer Emiliano Bengasi offered a preview of the new 2027 collections for brides, grooms, and formal wear for men and women.

Inspired by the glamorous world of the cult film The Devil Wears Prada, the event brought an original concept to the runway, blending fashion, cinema, and entertainment into a narrative with international flair. Building on the success of the film’s sequel, Emiliano Bengasi envisioned an ideal third chapter, creating a show where the runway became a genuine film set, complete with sophisticated atmospheres, cinematic touches, and dramatic twists.

The stars of the evening were the new 2027 collections, reflecting the stylistic research and high-level tailoring that define the designer’s work. Wedding gowns, groom’s attire, and formal wear creations showcased a fashion vision that combines personality, elegance, and an eye for emerging trends. Footwear by Mascia Mandolesi completed the runway looks.

The historic setting of the Reggia Bonaparte helped make the event an immersive experience, with every detail designed to highlight the dialogue between sartorial tradition and contemporary spectacle. “With Brides Wear Bengasi, I wanted to go beyond the traditional fashion show by crafting a narrative that engages the audience and conveys my vision of fashion. Drawing inspiration from The Devil Wears Prada allowed us to play with iconic characters, cinematic atmospheres, and theatrical moments, all while keeping the collections and sartorial quality at the heart of the event. Fashion should stir emotions, surprise, and leave a lasting impression,” comments Emiliano Bengasi.

The evening was hosted by Jessica Tidei, while the runway was graced by three Miss Universe Italy winners: Glelany Cavalcante (2024), Lucilla Nori (2025), and the reigning titleholder, Giada Folcia. Their presence added further prestige to an event that celebrated beauty, talent, and elegance.

The event opened with a welcome cocktail reception curated by Top Catering, accompanied by musical entertainment from the group The Welcome Vibe, helping to create an exclusive and engaging atmosphere right from the start.
